Iā€™m deeply inspired by the generations of women in my family ā€” especially my mama and grandmother. My mom passed down her love for detail and her gift for finding beauty in everything around you. And my grandmother... she's the epitome of a Southern lady who shared her love for French hand sewing, heirloom outfits, and timeless monograms. She can do it all. She has taught me everything I know and is still the person I call for help!

What is your turnaround time?

HCC turn around time is typically 3-4 weeksĀ + shipping time. Current turnaround time is noted in the site header. If you need something sooner, pleaseĀ send us a messageĀ about a rush order.

Do you monogram outside items?

HCC does not take outside items to monogram at this time.

What is your return policy?

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if thereā€™s an issue or concern with your order, please donā€™t hesitate to reach outā€”we want you to love your piece and are happy to make it right if somethingā€™s not quite right.

Do you offer digital proofs?

Digital proofs are available to add on to your purchase for $5 per proof, to reflect the extra steps involved in creating and revising proofs.

Please know that I take great pride in every designā€”HCC never stitches something that doesnā€™t look great! If I feel that a chosen design or thread color wonā€™t turn out perfectly, I always reach out to my customers before moving forward.

What is a baby bundle?

Our specially curated baby bundles are thoughtfully designed with love and intentionā€”made just for you! Each bundle may include a mix of bibs, burp cloths, paci clips, footies, gowns, blankets, bow swaddles, converter gowns, onesies, bath towels, or other HCC products perfect for a baby. Itā€™s the perfect gift for a new mom, a baby shower, or a sweet keepsake to treasure.

Please note: HCC has full creative freedom over the items and designs in each bundle. After adding to cart, youā€™ll be prompted to fill out a short questionnaire to help us customize your order with care.
