HCC turn around time is typically 3-4 weeks + shipping time. Current turnaround time is noted in the site header. If you need something sooner, please send us a message about a rush order.

HCC does not take outside items to monogram at this time.

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue or concern with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we want you to love your piece and are happy to make it right if something’s not quite right.

Digital proofs are available to add on to your purchase for $5 per proof, to reflect the extra steps involved in creating and revising proofs.

Please know that I take great pride in every design—HCC never stitches something that doesn’t look great! If I feel that a chosen design or thread color won’t turn out perfectly, I always reach out to my customers before moving forward.
